2025 Program Briefing Session

A briefing session to introduce the program details will be held on March 8. All interested parties are welcome to join. The session will be conducted both on-site and via Zoom. The details are as follows:

All applicants will be notified individually by email by February 28, 2025 (Friday). Attendance at the briefing session is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
All scheduled events (including online) will normally be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is to be issued within 2 hours or when Black Rainstorm Warning or “Extreme Conditions” Announcement is in effect.
